The film is directed by Fernando Antonio Maffei, produced by Francesco Tribuzio, cinematography by Lisa Muzzulini, sound by Massimiliano Borghesi. The painting on the cover by Barbara Stefani. This international project was shot in Trieste, Italy, with some post-production in the United Kingdom. The film features actors Francesco Tribuzio, Alessia Franchin, Zoe Pernici, Mefehnja Tatcheu, Susanna Gilardi, Michela Cembran and Lorenzo Acquaviva. Zavata won the Best Cinematography Award at the Birmingham Film Festival.

Pale Blue Dot: A Tale of Two Stagazers directed by Matteo Scarfò is an Italian short sci-fi film where after thousands of years since the extinction of the human race on Earth, an astronaut named Gladia lands on the now uninhabited planet. The film premiered at the Trieste Science+Fiction festival in 2021 and even several years later keeps appearing at various screenings.
This 2-track release is a little piece of the intergalactic musical journey, remastered for a standalone music experience.
Out today the soundtrack for Ten Till Seven. This one is a slow deep dive at around 10 minutes for the title track. Directed by Jan Fabris and beautifully shot by Vida Habjanič, this is a short silent (music only) film-noir made under the limiting circumstances of “social distancing” in 2020.

Today came out an official release of my original music from Wheel of Life (Točak života), short animation directed by Tamara Maksimović, produced in Bosnia and Herzegovina with Akademija umjetnosti Banja Luka and AEON Production.
This animated film soundtrack is now available as a standalone listening experience. The film won the Audience Award at T-short Animation Film Festival. I was honoured to present this work in person at several festivals, including Animateka in Ljubljana (Slovenia) and Piccolo Festival Animazione in San Vito al Talgliamento (Friuli Venezia Giulia region, Italy).

Today is a big day for a big project! In cinemas the feature film Checkmate (produced in the United States and India) that I’ve been working on. I am responsible for the cinematic part of the score, and also for a lot of music editing, some song arrangements, mixing, additional music adaptation etc. This is a several years long path for the team to create something so exciting, varied and engaging!
